Job Description
1)Recruitment, On boarding & Induction
2)HR Data Management & Analysis
3)Complete payroll Management & statutory compliance.
4)Taking care of other key HR processes i.e. Exit formalities, HRMS management, performance management, employee grievance handling etc.
5)Compile Statistical data and create/ prepare reports and analysis using existing systems and records
6)Maintain appropriate employee records and systems
7) Employee welfare and engagement activities
8)Making presentations and charts for the HR meetings.
