Job Description
To monitor & maintain the stock of KD as well as finish Goods.
To Make Work Order & Dispatch Schedule.
To assist the senior regarding to make the plan out of product program & delivery schedule.
Interaction with Sales & Marketing (SMD).
Give transfer schedule to Logistic & Marketing Dept. on daily basis.
Maintain the stock of Mfg. Depot at Yusen Warehouse.
Responsible for W.I.P Stock in Weekly & monthly basis.
Make the production plan on Monthly basis for Sensor Production, Packing.
Make Job Work plan for outsourced process.
Updating actual in production Plan every day.
Rejection data controlling.
Coordination with Production 1, Production 2, Q.A & Logistics department.
Updating in Order Tracking System every day.
Responsible for checking work order.
Follow up for released Production Order/Work Order.
Optimization of Raw material & KD.
Prepare "Production report daily & Weekly & Monthly Basis”.
Reconciling of Raw material & KD receiving & Finish Goods.
Reconciliation of Job work material.
Coordinating with Marketing to receive the Monthly Forecast.
Breaking the Monthly Plan into Weekly & Daily Plan.
Making MIS Report on Daily & Monthly closing (Tentative & Final).
Making a comparative study between Previous Month Inventory with the Plan.
Procurement of Raw material & KD for keeping smooth track of production.
Maintaining continuous improvement.
Making a comparative analysis between the forecast vs actual dispatch
Making KPI report on Monthly basis.
Preparing Order Meeting Sheet on Monthly Basis.
