Position:-Manger/Dy Manager Marketing & BD

Location:-Gurgaon

Scope:-

Activities pertaining to Business Development from Industrial perspective and preparation of Commercial documents during bid preparation stage and post submission as well for Effluent Treatment Plants including Water Recycle and ZLD. Please let me know in case of any queries!

Key Areas of Responsibilities:-

v Visiting websites for new tenders and sites of companies that may float tenders in the field of Effluent Treatment including recycling and ZLD.

v Study of Tender Documents & Preparation of Pre-Bid Queries.

v Knowledge regarding scrutinization of prequalification documents

v Preparation of Commercial Forms and other related documents as per tender requirement.

v Preparation of pre-qualification Documents.

v Should have basic process knowledge.

v Activities related to online bidding and online registration.

v Interaction with clients for Commercial Clarification

v Knowledge of Preparation of Commercial Proposal.

v Preparation of Company Presentation

v Basic risk analysis

v Should have good communication skills and presentation skills

Qualification:-

v Graduation in Chemical/Environmental/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.

Experience:-

v 5 to 9 years’ experience preferably in the industrial water/wastewater treatment in EPC business

v Experience of preparation of commercial documents for projects in Refinery, Oil and Gas, Petrochemical industry will be an asset.

v Should have experience of attending Pre Bid meetings, Site visits, Client’s queries and Comments during Bidding/Enquiry stage
