Job Description
•Responsible for business creation/development activity with India system integrators. (Components selling, Partnering and creating new business scheme thru like Joint Go to Market activity.
•The candidate will be required to achieve the assigned sales/ revenue target in a financial year in line with the organization’s business objectives of selling a mix of solutions and portfolio services/products/devices.
•Responsible for creating the business plan to achieve the targets and business objectives
•Develop strategic partnership/alliances with Key partners and System Integrators
•Responsible for opportunity planning (How to proceed until getting PO), account identification and account planning/management (Account base management. How to maximize total biz chance in specific customers.)
Requirements
•MBA in sales and marketing
•Working experience in Electric industry
•Ownership
•Analyses skill: utilizing excel, CRM, Candidates must analyze to whom what we can sell.
•Assumption making skill: within limited information/time, making assumption and confirm it is correct or not utilizing all contacts/stakeholders.
•Project/Time management skill: on timely manner, need to manage/handle 10-15 opportunities in month.
•Outlook (mail, calendar, tasks)
•Microsoft Office: Excel (Pivot, some formula etc.) and PowerPoint for presentation making.
•Travelling in whole India
•Preferable at least 6-8 years experiences in either one of MNC/Semiconductor/Electronics components manufacturers.
•Knowledge and experience in Radio Frequency and wireless communications will be an advantage.
•Team player with positive attitude and self-motivated.
Additional Job Information
B.E / B.Tech (Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science, Systems) Or Equivalent.
Experience working at MNC.
