Job Description
Profile – Service Engineer
Location – Jaipur
Primary Responsibilities:-
The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site.
Must be able to resolve Technical issues at Customer site in the defined target time.
Must be able to manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base
Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer
Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base
Secondary Responsibilities:-
Must have good knowledge of Servicing of Material Handling equipment/construction equipment
Providing technical support to the Branch Service Manager
Requirements
•Essential:- B. Tech / Diploma
•Service experience in Material Handling/Construction Equipment Industry
