Job Description:-
· Working experience in Accounting dept, and accounting firm's handling experience more than 3 years.
· Should be stable candidate. (Working experience in just 1 or 2 company, if possible only 1 company's experience is preferable.)
Duties
· Accounting & Finance
· To communicate and handle the accounting firm, and check the accounting document which the accounting firm made.
· To report to Japanese Headquartered regarding the accounting report in every month.
· To manage expense claims.
Admin
· To support Japanese employee and business traveler, like a support for FRRO, Visa, booking hotel , air-ticket..etc.
· General admin activities.
Preferred:-
Working experience in Admin & HR dept, knowledge of FRRO, visa for Japanese employee, and general HR & Admin activities.
