Job Description
WHAT WILL YOU OWN?
End to end ownership and management of enterprise accounts
Own & nurture the customer’s relationship with the company as a trusted advisor ensuring overall delight
Account planning and forecasting for key accounts.
Pre-sales and renewal activities to position customer success offerings and maximum value in services fit for customer needs
Conduct regularly scheduled account review meetings with team members and customers
Drive customer case studies, testimonials and references
Equip product and engineering teams with first hand, on-the-ground information enabling them to make astute decisions when it comes to the product roadmap
Requirements
ABOUT YOU
You will be an expert in Company’s CEM platform, as customers will need help with training, deployment and adoption to ensure customer success, which drives their renewals.
Possess a deeply ingrained ‘Customer First’ mentality. Relentless in the pursuit of furthering customer engagement with a good grasp of the basics of customer service
Bring 3+ years’ experience in customer success, account management, program management, business development or consulting sales. Be open to travel within the South- East Asia region
Experience in working with large enterprises in retail, financial services, telecom and hospitality industries
Have a strong foundation in technology, preferably from a SaaS background
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings or host webinars
Bachelor degree required, at a minimum. Business or technical degree preferred
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to team collaboration
