Position : Customer Support
Reporting to : Manager
Work Location : Bangalore
Responsibilities :
- ○Mission is to make businesses as account owner thru supporting customer needs.
- ○To achieve customer needs, candidate needs to collaborating product engineering team, application engineering team and business development team. Those team members are in Japan, Singapore and India.
- ○By communicating/sharing information with US, Europe China and Japan teams, candidate needs to try to maximize business opportunities as an account owner.
Requirements :
○Graduates in Business Administration, Mathematics and Statistics
- ○Preferable at least 3-5 years experiences in either one of MNC/Semiconductor/Electronics components manufacturers.
- ○Good analytical, report making, PJT/Time management skills
- ○Listening skill to understand real intention of speakers.
- ○Microsoft Office skills: Excel (Pivot, Formula etc.) and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills.
- ○Team player with positive attitude and self-motivated.
