Job Location: Jaffna (Sri Lanka)
Experience – Min 3 Years
Job Description of Site Admin
1) Should have through knowledge on all statutory part related to construction
2) Should be well versed with all insurance related matter required for construction industry
3) Should have knowledge and hands on experience in vehicle management
4) Should have knowledge in maintaining day to day labor records
5) Should maintain staff attendance and records of leave
6) Should be able to liaison with government officials for legal works
7) Should be experienced with vendor management
8) Should have experience in procurement of local things as and when required within a stipulated budget given by the company
9) Should have knowledge on travel arrangement as and when required
10) Should be able to liaison with HR department for recruitments and Joinings at site level
