■Main Duties - HR ("Mainly recruitment duties for new factory in Neemrana" )
・Make recruitment plan with Japanese manegement to start new factory in Neemrana.
・Recruiting the Indian staff by parmanent base and staffing base accorfing to the recruitment plan by utilizing HR agecy.
・Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
・Manage the recruitment and selection process.
・Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
・Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
