Work details
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Design and Development of Motors for general appliances,
- Motors for Automotive will be an added advantage.
2. Resolve technical queries from Suppliers & Customers for new design & development
3. Responsible for Cost reduction & VA/VE and Improvement / Innovation.
4. In house Test Lab Set up in India (Systems & Organization)
5. Heading Motor Division to support all Cross Functional Teams (R&D, Production, Material, QA, PE, PPC)
6. Responsible for defining the Motor configuration and RFQ replies based on Motor application and reliability requirements.
7. Responsible for localisation.
8. Should be able to sync NIDEC India R&D Activities with global NIDEC R&D Centres
9. Should keep updated about latest R&D Techniques Innovations & Research
